They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, as well as the location was awesome, nevertheless it's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doors, the trim, much from the furniture, etcetera.

The property is as advertised - nothing extravagant into the house but wonderful location to the beach. No, the house isn't full of your latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't lots of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.

I did love you had two king beds that was nice. The coffee table was damaged, two of your three plastic chairs outside had been broken.
